Before You Join

Please review all information below before registering, as membership fees are non-refundable. By joining, you agree to uphold all membership requirements, rules, and conduct policies.

Membership Overview

• Annual Membership Fee: $52.50 includes your processing fee and sales tax
• Membership Term: November 1, 2025 – December 31, 2026
• Deadline to Join: August 1, 2026
• No prorated dues. No refunds for any reason.

Select “Yes” during registration. Your first name, last initial, chapter, and a photo you upload will be displayed.

Photo Guidelines:

• High quality, clear image
• Includes you and your motorcycle
• No alcohol, gestures, or revealing attire

Membership Requirements

To join, you must:

• Be a kind, respectful, supportive woman seeking friendship
• Be comfortable riding with new or experienced riders
• Must be licensed to ride a motorcycle in accordance with your state laws or intend to get licensed within your first year of membership, You will not be able to renew until you obtain a state license
• Own a motorcycle that is registered, insured in a safe and operational condition
• Understand this is a social riding group, not a motorcycle club. Do not assume that club etiquette is socal riding group law. Do not mimic the (MC) culture
• Review and accept our Rules of Conduct

Rules of Conduct

By joining, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and kindness
• Uphold these rules and promise to protect, respect, and be kind to all members.  We should not act towards one another with immaturity, harsh criticism or lack of acceptance. We have different personalities, backgrounds and beliefs. Therefore, we should be unconditional with our respect and kindness.
• Avoid gossip, discrimination, or personal attacks. Do not bring personal issues and negative drama into the group.
• Uphold safety for yourself and the members of Stilettos on Steel by refraining from alcohol use at events and adhering to our zero-tolerance policy for illegal drugs and operating under the influence of any substance. 
• Report any abuse of these Rules of Conduct to your Regional Coordinator

⚠️ Violation of conduct may result in immediate membership termination — no refund provided.

Membership Processing

• New and renewing members will be connected with a chapter officer within 30 days of joining
• it's your responsibility to update your mailing address on your profile, labels are generated from your account. Please format your address correctly to ensure receiving your member packet.
• Membership packets are mailed within 30 days of payment, if you do not receive your welcome packet it is up to you to contact Membership@stilettosonsteel.com and let them know. 
• Members are added to private Facebook groups upon confirmation

Please note: Your membership is not active until payment is received.  You will be routed to a payment screen after completing your profile information below.

Refund & Proration Policy

• Membership fees are not refundable, regardless of reason
• Membership dues are not prorated
• If your membership is terminated, you will not receive a refund

These terms are non-negotiable and agreed upon at registration.

Registration FAQs

Q: What if I don’t know my Member ID? 

 A: Contact your Regional Coordinator (RC). A valid ID is required to register.

Q: I don’t have a credit/debit card. 

 A: Select “Pay by check” during checkout. A printable payment slip will be provided. You need to have your pop-up blocker turned off.

Q: I don’t see my state or chapter listed. 

 A: We may not have a chapter in your state. Visit the New Chapter page to inquire about starting one.

Q: I need to update my info or upload a photo. 

 A: Log in to “My Account” using your email and password. Edits can only be made after payment is received.

Q: I don’t use Facebook. A: That’s okay! Let us know during registration and your officer will reach out via email or text. You’ll still be welcome at all events listed on our public calendar.

Q. I used to be a member, I don't ride anymore. Can I join for the social activities?

 A: If you were a member in good standing, you are always a welcome member regardless of your current riding status. Please refer to each individual states requirements via email to the State Coordinator (SC)
