Please review the information below before registering. Membership fees are non-refundable. By joining Stilettos on Steel®, you agree to comply with all membership requirements, policies, and Rules of Conduct.
Membership Overview
Annual Membership Fee: $52.50 (includes processing fee)

Photo Guidelines
Please upload a photo that:
- Is clear and high quality
- Includes you and your motorcycle
- Does not include alcohol
- Does not contain offensive gestures
- Shows appropriate attire
Membership Requirements
To become a member, you must:
- Be a respectful, supportive woman who enjoys friendship and community.
- Be willing to ride with women of all experience levels.
- Hold a valid motorcycle license in accordance with your state's laws or intend to obtain one within your first year of membership. Members who do not obtain a motorcycle endorsement within their first year will not be eligible to renew.
- Own a motorcycle that is currently registered, maintained in safe operating condition, and insured with at least the minimum liability coverage required by your state. Members are responsible for maintaining insurance that complies with all applicable state laws.
- Understand that Stilettos on Steel® is a women's social riding organization, not a motorcycle club (MC). Members should not assume or imitate motorcycle club culture or protocols.
- Read and agree to abide by the Stilettos on Steel® Rules of Conduct.
Rules of Conduct
Every member is expected to help create a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment.
As a member, you agree to:
- Treat every member with kindness, dignity, and respect.
- Support and encourage fellow riders regardless of experience, background, beliefs, or personality.
- Avoid gossip, bullying, discrimination, harassment, personal attacks, or unnecessary drama.
- Refrain from bringing personal conflicts into the organization.
- Help maintain a safe riding environment by following our zero-tolerance policy regarding:
- Alcohol consumption during Stilettos on Steel® events
- Illegal drug use
- Operating a motorcycle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance
- Report violations of these Rules of Conduct to your Regional Coordinator (RC).
Violation of these standards may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
Membership Processing
After joining:
- A chapter officer will contact new and renewing members within approximately 30 days.
- Please keep your mailing address current in your member profile. Membership packets are mailed using the address on file.
- Membership packets are typically mailed within 30 days after payment is received.
- If you have not received your packet after 30 days, please contact Membership@stilettosonsteel.com.
- Members will be added to their private Facebook groups after membership has been confirmed.
Your membership does not become active until payment has been successfully received. After completing your registration, you will be directed to the payment page.
Refund & Proration Policy
Membership fees are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Not prorated
If your membership is suspended or terminated, no refund will be issued.
These policies are accepted during registration and cannot be waived.

Registration FAQs
I don't know my Member ID.
Please contact your Chapter Coordinator for assistance. For your security, you may be asked to verify your identity before your Member ID is provided.
I don't have a credit or debit card.
No problem! Simply select "Pay by Check" during checkout. A printable payment form will be generated for you.
If the payment form does not appear, please check that your browser is allowing pop-ups from our website and try again.
I don't see my state or chapter listed.
Your chapter is simply your "home chapter"—think of it like your homeroom. It's the chapter you'll be assigned to for communication, local support, and membership records.
As a Stilettos on Steel® member, you're encouraged to participate in rides, events, and activities hosted by any chapter across the organization. We believe friendships shouldn't stop at state lines!
If your state doesn't currently have a chapter, you're welcome to join the nearest chapter or another chapter that best fits your needs. If you're interested in bringing Stilettos on Steel® to your area, we'd love to help you start a new chapter.
I need to update my information or upload a photo.
After payment is received, log into My Account using your email address and password to update your profile.
I don't use Facebook.
No problem! Simply let us know during registration. Your chapter officer will communicate with you by email or text, and you'll still be welcome to attend events listed on our public calendar.
I used to be a member but no longer ride. Can I still join for the social activities?
Absolutely. Former members who left in good standing are always welcome. Individual states may have additional participation guidelines, so please contact your State Coordinator (SC) for details.

Things to Know About Registration
- Member ID: Returning members need their member ID (3-digit like 003, 056, 113, or 4-digit for numbers over 1000). You don't need to type all leading zeros.
- Profile Creation: All members will create a "My Account" profile to update personal information and upload photos for the Website Feature.
- Payments: Credit/debit card payments are processed through Stripe (includes processing fee and sales tax). You won't be redirected to another site. Click "Pay by check" for a payment slip to mail with your check.
- Confirmations: You'll receive separate emails for membership and payment confirmation. The membership email includes your RC contact info and state Facebook group link.
How to Register
- Profile Info: Enter your personal email and create a password. Officers should add their @stilettosonsteel.com email in "Alternate Email." Enter "No Facebook" if you don't have Facebook.
- Chapter & Bike Info: Select your state, chapter, and member type from drop-downs. Enter your member ID# (no leading zeros needed).
- Agreement & Rules: Type your name, check "I am not a robot," and click Submit.
- Payment: Enter card information or click "Pay by check" to print a payment slip.
- Confirmation: You'll receive a registration email immediately. A payment confirmation follows once processed.
- Profile Activation: Your website profile activates after payment is received, allowing you to update information and upload photos. Your membership packet will be mailed once payment is confirmed.
