Volunteering - Stilettos on Steel®

Interested in Volunteering to Support Members in Your State?

Join the Stilettos on Steel® Leadership Team

Make a Difference. Build Connections. Help Our Community Grow.

Every Stilettos on Steel® member brings her own experience, ideas, and strengths. Sharing them can help women riders feel welcome, find connections, and create meaningful experiences together.

Leadership Team volunteers help support the member community. You might enjoy welcoming new members, helping plan an event, connecting riders in your area, or sharing a skill or idea. Along the way, you may build friendships, learn from other members, and find a deeper sense of connection and purpose.

Ways You Can Contribute

Volunteer opportunities may include:

Welcoming and connecting members
Helping plan rides, events, or member activities
Serving as a Chapter Coordinator or Ride Leader
Sharing approved information and resources
Supporting positive, respectful communication
Bringing forward ideas that help members connect

You don’t need to do everything. We welcome members who can contribute their time, interests, and skills in ways that work for them and support members’ needs.

Who Can Express Interest?

Leadership Team volunteer opportunities are open to current members in good standing who support the Stilettos on Steel® mission and are willing to follow the Member Code of Conduct, applicable ride-safety policies, and communication guidelines.
